The Ramada Innsbruck Tivoli is a 3-star superior hotel in a modern 12-floor building directly opposite the Olympiaworld Sports Complex, 10 minutes by public transport from Innsbruck’s city centre. Very nice hotel

About 15/20 min walk from the train station. Staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke very well English. Room was clean and comfortable.

We had a problem with the key (card) to our room that wasn’t working and didn’t get fixed while we were there.

Ultra convenient hotel!

Great location, close to highway and public transportation! Great barman. Great breakfast service.

Sauna was open only from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. You need to have a car to go to the city center, or walk 45 minutes. The reception was not very helpful

Great location, great views, stay on the good side of the breakfast staff.

View out of the hotel room was brilliant.. and even if you dont get this.. the breakfast area has the most amazing view. You should be able to go here even without getting the breakfast.

Location was just far from the train station that it was a long trek in the middle of the night, would recommend taking a bus instead. The timings for the breakfast had changed, but we were given the wrong timings.. when we showed up late, we were literally scolded by the head staff at the hotel, which was quite rude bordering on racism. To be fair they compensated us by only charging for one breakfast when we complained.

Nice stay near Olympic world

Excellent mountain views and a large breakfast buffet. The evening staff was friendly and supportive.The hotel is located nearby several bus stops , especially the J line that takes to mountain peaks

Unchecked room was provided with broken air conditioning. Room freshner not provided in bathrooms No room service facilities provided.Restaurant was closed most of the times during our stay Hair dryer was marked as faulty Minifridge was not cooling at all No coffee maker machine

Great breakfast, friendly staff nice views

It was a nice hotel friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent.

No free weights in the Gym, and make sure not to stay on the first floor, as it is to noisy do to the lobby and bar being right underneath you.

Pleasant stay for a weekend.

Breakfast was good. Good means: lots of variation, fresh food and in quantities more than enough. Coffee was good.

There was no hairdryer in the room. After a call to the reception they promised to look for one and they would call us back anyway but unfortunately they didn’t.

Hotel was comfortable, clean and convenient and staff was helpful.

Junior Deluxe King Room had a bedroom and separate sitting room. View of the mountains was spectacular! Hotel was convenient for every place I needed to go.

Lighting in the bathroom needed improvement. The makeup mirror was mounted on the wall under a very dim light and you couldn't see anything but the lighting for the rest of the vanity was brighter. Carpet was stained in some areas and could have used a good cleaning and maybe some spot painting on the lower walls. Otherwise everything was kept clean and tidy. TV remote for bedroom didn't work but there was another TV in sitting area so it was ok. They had a separate breakfast buffet till 11am but it was pricey at $18.50E.

Overall good, but basic (important) thing missing..

Very clean room, big bathroom, warm room, comfy beds. Corner room is large and has amazing view of the mountains. Very good location - bus stop to ski lift is just next to hotel, central station is 10 mins walk, city centre is 15 mins walk.

- NO WATER KETTLE. It's the most basic thing ever in a hotel room. It's possible to get hot water from hotel restaurant, but only in glasses. Imagine having many family members and having to carry a tray of hot water to your room. Please improve this! - The pillow is flat. Not comfy. Old pillows maybe?
